Kate Bailey is a Life, Leadership + Business Mentor, Confidence + Embodiment Coach, Neurodiversity Advocate, and Host of the Play Big Queen Podcast.
She supports women in awakening their confidence, aligning their leadership with their values, and building success rooted in self-trust and emotional intelligence.
Kate brings her experience from small business development, teaching in emergency response and casting talent to help her clients lead with confidence in any situation and express their unique brilliance in high-stress, high-stakes environments.
Her coaching style blends business strategy with deep emotional intelligence, helping women lead with grace, grounded power, and authenticity.
Kate moved to New Mexico in 2023 when her husband, Tony, transferred to a position in Emergency Management in Carlsbad. She subsequently transferred her LLC so that her business is now proudly based in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Kate Bailey LLC is a New Mexico–registered personal brand coaching and education company specializing in empowering women through neurodiverse-affirming leadership, business, and confidence coaching for professional women with ADHD, invisible disabilities, mental health challenges, or chronic illness.
