AN ARCHETYPE is a typical character, with a set of behaviors + habits that represents universal patterns of human nature. Archetypes are omnipresent and within you, they are within others, and they create a foundation of human behavior. Archetypes have have both positive and negative sides. We can play with these characters to help us explore and have break thoughs around who we are being as a person creating our reality.
SHADOW WORK is about developing self-awareness and ultimately, self-acceptance and compassion around the parts of you that are hard to claim. The parts that initially bring you shame, embarrassment… the parts that are hard to look at. In doing shadow work there are four basic steps - 1. Become aware of the shadow. 2. Claim, feel, heal, and love the shadow. 3. Play with the shadow. 4. Allow the shadow to put you back into your power.
Shadow work combined with archetype work allows us to pull the behaviors of a particular shadow into focus. Every archetype has a shadow side + a light side.
THE WHORE ARCHETYPE IS PROVOCATIVE + VULGAR.
She is also pure, raw, creative sexual power + inner wealth.
THE WHORE IN SHADOW The shadow side of the Whore archetype thrives on fears surrounding survival + security. The Whore negotiates her power away to other people. She does this as a form of self protection. She is accustomed to selling out her standards, her creativity, her integrity. She takes on jobs or assignments that are distasteful or a poor match for her talents because she needs something. She values money more than honor. She compromises to the extreme. The Whore in the shadow trades unsavory favors. She has gutter-low self-esteem. She is a masterful actress. She crawls for her worth from a place of lack and poverty.
THE WHORE IN LIGHT The light side of the Whore archetype shows us full acceptance of her power of provocation. She operates from honor + integrity. She empowers other people with the embodiment of her power. She is in ownership of her body, her sensuality, her sexuality and her creative sexual power is not available for negotiation. She is not available for shame. She does not have to give to receive. The Whore in the light is the woman who is living in integrity. When we are in the full expression of our Whore in the light, we know what is important to us, and we live those values. The Whore helps us navigate what truly matters as we make deals in the material world. She brings us into alignment with our authentic self. The whore is whole-ness + congruence. The Whore in light is the guardian of your faith, and your acceptance of your inner wealth.

of The Whore Crawl.
Hi. I'm Kate Bailey. I am a transformational + intuitive coach for women, erotic embodiment mentor, neurodiversity advocate, podcaster + Play Big Queen. My name is my title, and a command for all women - "Play BIG, Queen!"
I work with women, helping you to reclaim your brilliance and release patriarchal conditioning that keeps you small, so you can create your own path to fulfillment in life, love + business.
I have done it all in my search for true happiness - from working corporate and casting talent for MTV to serving in the New York City Fire Department as an instructor.
I also went to SIX different colleges before discovering that I have a learning disability that I never received help for. It made me shrink, play small, and think that there was something wrong with me and how I work.
At one point in my journey, I had a thought - 'it is possible that I have great potential, and that there is more for me in life than this.' I had a desire for a bigger, happier, more abundant life. And that desire demanded to be acknowledged.
Now I meet women who were never lit up by the traditional path, at that point of possibility and show them a whole new world - one where they know how to value their own unique way, honor their own timing, and how to have the confidence to be brilliant, and the self-mastery needed to create a life that they are madly in love with.
At the very core of my work is what I call The Play Big Journey. It is an awakening that leads you through a 5 stage process where you RECLAIM who you are + what you want, RELEASE generational patterns + behaviors that no longer serve you, REJECT the labels society has placed on you that keep you small, and learn to EMBODY the expanded, next-level version of yourself who is positioned to RECEIVE your boldest desires in life, love + business.
The stage of my Play Big Journey that was the catalyst for my success in actualizing my desires was the EMBODIMENT stage. This is where I changed from being in my small self, to owning my brilliance + fully expanding into my magic. At this time in my journey, I was deep into exploring erotic dance, my sensuality + my power as a woman.
